Not much is known about these two monsters. Wearing old-fashioned 
executioners masks, their identities are always concealed. They 
have just shown up here in the GWF, wreaking havoc. As time goes 
by, hopefully we will find out more about these two.

Spectre uses a power-based offence. He uses his muscular frame to
great effect, setting up for his variation of the Stranglehold Gamma,
which he calls the Hangmans Noose. From what we have seen of him, he 
also likes to use a pumphandle powerslam, a choke bomb, a hanging
tree neckbreaker, a power bomb, a spinebuster and a full nelson bomb.

Phantom, much like his partner, is a muscular guy with a huge array
of power moves. His Death Penalty is a sight to behold, pumphandling
his opponent up and then twisting it into a devastating Michinoku 
Driver. He also favours a crucifix power bomb, a choke slam, a 
Firemans Bomb, a gorilla press into a powerslam, a power bomb and 
a running powerslam.

Unsurprisingly, they like to use powerful double team moves. Their
favourite move is the Double Choke Slam, which has the potential to
do a lot of damage to opponents.
