Nikita Volkiev has a chip on his shoulder. He feels that he and other athletes
from Eastern Europe always get a raw deal in America. This wasn't helped by the
fact that both WCW and the WWF turned Volkiev down when he offered them his 
services. Dan Roberts took Volkiev up on his offer, and may live to regret that
decision as Volkiev has been known to be fiercely anti-American. There is no
doubt he is a talent, but what sort of attitude will he bring to the ring?

Volkiev brings a raw power approach to the ring. He looks as if he is really
trying to decapitate his opponents. His uses the very dangerous Russian Neck 
Drop as a finisher, and his repertoire also includes the Tombstone Piledriver,
a double handed choke bomb, the Firemans Bomb, a full nelson camel clutch,
a running lariat and a soviet suplex.

Volkiev often teams with another anti-American, Toshiaki Tenzan, to form 
The Invaders. A very dangerous team, they finish opponents with the
Spiked DDT.
